Its main objective is to defend the most elementary rights of children in the wolrd. PSE has started with the children of the families whose livelihoods depend on the rubbish dump of Stung Mean Chey, south-west of Phnom Penh (Cambodia). At the PSE centre children receive medical care, food and education.
